After-sales Service Commitment
I. Product Maintenance:
1. Make response within 30 hours, and reach the site to solve problems within 24 hours after receiving equipment failure information or service request.
2. If “Fengri” storage battery products are used according to User Manual, and there is no overcharge and over discharge for the products, we will implement Three Guarantees Service for the products in three years. We implement Three Guarantees Service and provide lifetime service for power supply and electrical products within one year.
3. Provide free and various technical manuals and user manuals.
4. Offer software update service to users.
5. Provide 24-hour remote technical support
II. Processing Methods:
1. Receive users’ complaint telephone, record in file and make response within 30 minutes.
2. Customer Service Center makes detailed analysis according to customers’ feedback
3. Inform the engineers of related offices to arrive at the site and solve the problems within 24 hours.
4. The engineers of offices report solutions to Company Customer Service Center.
5. The Center will follow up the result of handling, and inquire about customer’s degree of satisfactions.
6. Inspect the products used by customers, find out problems, and timely solve the problems every half a year.
